CANCELLING

• If cancelled up to 31 days days before the date of arrival 25% of the total fee will be charged
• If cancelled up to 15-30 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total fee will be charged
• If cancelled within 14 days before the date of arrival, 75% of the total fee will be charged
• If cancelled on the day of arrival or in case of no show, 100% of the total fee wil be charged

Children and Extra Bed Policy

• All children are welcome.
• All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing beds.
• One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child’s cot/crib.
• The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs in a room is 1.

The maximum age of children (currently 12) that can stay for free in a room will automatically correspond to the child age set in the room configuration In the room configuration you can specify the amount of children that can stay in the room for free.

Internet

• WiFi is available in the reception and is free of charge. The signal is mostly available in the cabins too

Parking

 • Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets

• Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
